If a member owes you money, and uses Neteller to pay you, you cannot then withdraw that money, either to your bank, or through your debit card? Those funds are strictly to be used to wager, or whatever?
This is ludicrous. However it comes to you, it’s yours, isn’t it? You’ve paid their fee to receive it, or someone paid a fee. That should be enough.
