I have been with BetCRIS for a while and they compare to the other programs in terms of sign ups. One thing you must take into account is that Bet365 caters to a different market. They are much more comfortable with the smaller bettors and this may acocunt for the differences.
That said, for me the player value is better at places like BetCRIS that bet365.
