DonEriqe several staffers from Tradal do visit CAP daily and monitor the discussions. If you need specific assistance I recommend you first contact your manager at Tradal. They are generally responsive any time I have requested help. If you are not getting taken care I would try emailing Sophie, she is FANTASTIC to work with and has fixed problmes in the past for CAP members.
