I have seen all kinds of payment differences over the years but most times, unless it was a chargeback, it was in my favor. Most times it was explained to me as the settling of accounting. Normally all the figures arent together until a few days after the start of the new month therefore when you look on the 30th or 31st it isnt always settled yet.
