Rasputin, I used your link to check out Findology. Took them over a week to approve my campaign, but did get the additional funds credited to my account.
However, I have been following my logs pretty closely and it looks like most of the click throughs are fraudulent. After running with them for 5 days now, I have over 300 click throughs (which is fishy to begin with since they come at an average of 17 cents per click). So far, only 12 of the 300+ visitors has made it past the home page — 4%. My natural traffic has closer to 40-50% of my visitors getting past the home page, so quite obviously most of this traffic is fraudulent. Probably also explains why the bids are so low for such competitive search terms.
Needless to say, I won’t be renewing this campaign.
