Dom – I’ve been chatting with Sue for a while now and agree with your take. I do not mean any disrespect to her, just defending that we DO NOT say we’ve tested and all is fine just because the bottom line is greater than before. We really do test!
Gooner – I agree on all points. We do lots of tests, but there’s always more variables when you’re working with the internet or other distributed apps.
