I’m not unfamiliar with software testing/support and for the most part, until a potential problem is identified on an established system, there would be no reason to assume that everything isn’t working just as it should be. However, once a ‘potential’ problem is identified (not an isolated incident), certain actions should be taken to try to recreate and eliminate or discount the problem. I’m not insinuating that you personally or professionally are a crook. I just want to know that these concerns are taken seriously and have been tested and eliminated. Something a little more than assurances from DP that everything is working ok. That’s all.
