I personally do my own internal tracking for clicks casinos. What is see is aprox 1-3 download is a registration. So if someone did have a hundred downloads you would think some of them would have some registrations.
As far as clicks inflated by bots, they probably are. The downloads is another issue. It is possible people are clicking a couple times on downloads do to service pack 2 and active x problems.
