I can understand why people would have concerns with the tracking, but Casino Rewards is a top notch program. The player retention there is excellent.
I try not to focus on stats, instead I focus on the bottom line. Casino Rewards is a 5 figure earner this month and other months. I personally have more luck with captain cook’s and casino kingdom, so I would try pushing those properties.
If Ryan says this stats issue is being investigated with the intention of being resolved as best as humanely possible, I believe him.
