Not sure which poker rooms are best and which not but I must add that pretty much all affiliate programs I have signed up with offer what you refer to as “hard material”. You can download software for CD and get the labels and other printed materials. One of the bigest selections I have personaly seen from my affiliations were from EmpirePoker.
