Not the answer you’ll want to hear, but there is no formula. Its all down to the perceived worth by the purchaser. The fact you contacted them devalues that slightly as they know you want to sell so they are in the driving seat to a certain extent.
Difficult to know what to ask without knowing the exact name, but assuming the XXX is a second dictionary word, my guess would be go for $500 and see what they come back with.
