It is unfortunate, but there are players that do charge back. This is commonly a problem for affiliates now, almost all programs will charge the affiliate with the chargeback.
The reason for this lies in the past – there used to be affiliates running scams where a player would deposit and play, the affiliate would get paid, and then the player would charge back. Then the two would share the money and laugh all the way to the bank.
To protect themselves affiliate programs had to start charging affiliates with chargebacks. It is a crying shame and can feel offensive, but the programs really have no choice there.
Re. the stats display: I can’t say it often enough. Shame, shame for such a large company as Microgaming to be unwilling to provide decent stats.
They expect marketers (affiliate programs) to be programmers. This is the most shortsighted thing a software company collecting royalties can do.
Affiliate programs are not programmers. They are doing the best they can to provide us with the stats we need and want. It’s Microgaming’s fault when things get messy.
