To me it sounds like a permissions problem. Either of two things :
A) Your host needs to unlock your website for it to be available (I’ve seen that before), but from what I understand your site has been up for a while.
In your control panel, you haven’t enabled the permissions for the folder in which your site is in meaning that by default, people are unauthorized to view it.
