ya well if I were you I’d get a couple of confirmations from them before I felt comfortable. I signed with them a while back and not being my first time at this: after I signed up and recieved the link code via email I wrote the manager back asking him to confirm everything was jake.
Oh ya he said. So I ran their ads for about 3 months cause it takes me a while to build up any kind of serious change coming from a poker room, but 3 months is usually enough. So anyway I write them and ask them what’s the deal? because at that time they didn’t have a place you could view stats; but I knew that enough time had passed that I should be seeing something.
Well the guy writes me back that he can’t find me in their data base. Doesn’t offer to chase down the ID I’d chosen to use; which of course is in the link code. I’m certain they could have tracked if he’d been inclined.
of course he offered for me to sign up again. F that!
Really amateur hour stuff.
my deal may have been a fluke but PS’s attitude towards the situation told me all I needed to know about whether I wanted anything to do with them.
