I really dislike Yahoo, too.
Google has a good algorithim, MSN can be friendly to the new sites, but Yahoo is just a bunch of spammy results – especially if you’re searching for gambling/poker related websites. It’s a black hat paradise, for sure. And if anyone got to the top of the Yahoo SERPs, a competitor can file a DCMA violation and get you kicked out of the SERPs without being given the chance for a rebuttal.
In my opinion, the only thing Yahoo is good for is to get a good idea of the number of your backlinks.
