I see your point – venting out, but Yahoo is as good SE as any other…
IMHO, it’s the best SE for the affiliates, for several reasons:
1. It does refresh content once every 3 months, where Google would require an year or so to refresh A LITTLE BIT of it’s content…
2. Yahoo gives you the fastest path from 0 to top10. I am honestly sick of Google’s sand boxing and sh*t.
3. The “drunkness” of the bot definitely keeps you at your toes.
4. Local results – yahoo.ca and yahoo.com show different results, unlike Google. MSN is also being very good at showing different results in different countries.
My opinion is that Google totaly sux, and this explains the continuous popularity of Yahoo and the increase in traffic to MSN. If Google doesnt pull its head out of its a**, I dont give it more than an year before the websearch drops drastically…
