I’m a designer and no, you don’t suck at html. Sure it can be a bit difficult at first, but you have the ability to do so. my advice would be to look at what other people are doing, pick the best qualities about the sites you like and have been tried and tested and use them yourself. Hiring a designer means you have to depend on someone else. There’s also loads of web templates out there which look really c ool, although i’ve not seen many that are apt for gambling sites.
