I will contact you via phone, but what I actually meant by this was for this instance:
say player “x” signs up through portal “A” today at Flamingo Club and plays there.
THEN 2 months later Player “x” comes to MY site and links to Golden Palace and plays there… did I just do the work to get the 1st affiliate paid or is player “x” mine for golden palace and portal “A” s for Flamingo Club???
My point is that it would hardly seem fair to work and recruit a player to a casino that they have not yet played in only to never get credit for them because 2 years ago they signed up at a DIFFERENT casino in your group through a different affiliate… This work that I would have put in to get them into Golden palace would go straight to the pockets of an older affiliate then?
If this is the case then the terms are terrible. I totally understand not giving the same affiliate credit over and over again for the same player who may jump from casino to casino in the group, but why give them my profits? I understand that this may not even be the case, but wanted to inform of what exactly I was asking about.
