Real first deposit is when a player first deposits in any of the five casinos (Golden Palace, Flamingo, Grand Online, etc). However, sometimes they might switch to another casino. However since they already deposited in one of the casinos, the second casino they deposit into is not a Real First Deposit, but instead a casino first deposit.
