My sincere apologies for the experience you had with template support.
Due to the highly technical questions that are often asked, we contract the technical support for the Template Master to the programmers that developed the system exclusively for us and I was not aware that your ticket(s) were not being replied to. This is upsetting news which will lead me to improve the communication and support management for the system.
