Sounds bizarre. Ryan is always A+ with responding to me. Its usually same hour, day, or day after, but nothing more than that. As for the template problem…I also run a ‘white label” from earnunited and had 0 errors when I set it up..the only changes I made were personal ones to get it exactly how I wanted….and yes they do pay!
