Do your own SEO. Build a page a day or more. Name your page a keyword name your Title the same keyword and use the same keyword in header1 etc.
The 5-Count must be a box number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10)
This works well in the search engines. Just link it to your front page at the top left corner and the spiders will find it.
