Very good article, but I fear the money train has come, it asked the onshore jurisdictions if they wanted on and they didn’t so it went straight into Gibraltar/Antigua etc. and is now gone for good.
They might reclaim something if they moved with immediate speed to offer quick licensing and a low tax rate, but even that will soon disappear as an option I predict.
Even military action wouldn’t stop this industry, you could invade Gibraltar (and of course need to do battle with the British fleet) but then all would move in a nano second somewhere else!
