I have talked with them, but wanted to see what the general community thinks.
Previously, I had missed a progressive charge for those games which significantly cut revenue for me. I understand that one.
This time, and this customer, plays no progressive games so I was curious what would cut into this.
Not a big deal. Difference now, though, is over $1700. That’s quite a bit I think. Even if there were a ton of Visa transactions. 
I’ll just re-request the stats and try to has through them again. ugh.
