Basically, if a player at Ultimate Bet is persuaded to sign up at PokerShare or Green Tie Poker (both are UB skins) by a rake back site, Ultimate Bet ends up on the losing end. Because now, UB must give 75% of the rake to PokerShare or Green Tie instead of keeping it for themselves.
