I will check with Warren, but I asked him to check on their connections to Sporting Bet so that may be the underlying issue.
Either way it looks very bad, the only time people stop being a part of CAP is if they KNOW they are going to do something in the near future which will totally piss off their affiliates and they dont want to face the music.
