Well as a veteran i can tell you that I refuse to promote these properties. Why would I? 25% is the minimum I can earn anywhere else, so why would i bother with a program that pays 20%?
The reason they had to give a car away was to convince new affiliates that they are the top program. In the past a top affiliate with them earned 150k a month, I bet at this point in time it is closer to 15k.
Wait another year and no one will promote them. They dont convert, retain, or do anything worthwhile for that matter.
