This problem is caused by Microgaming itself, not the individual aff programs. Several seem to be affected.
From what I hear this was just fixed and none of the data was lost. However, it will take a little time for the stats run by the various programs to adjust, and after that happens, payments can be processed.
This is a Microgaming problem.
