Unfortunately this is true. I personally like the folks at Referback, and I would very much like to give them some nice exposure.
But the impact their broken contract has had and still has on the industry just cannot be ignored. It encouraged a bunch of programs to follow suit and break their contracts with us.
They have all gone back to do the honorable thing now – except for Referback.
Until this is fixed, regardless of how I feel about them, I cannot recommend that you promote them.
Just because we are a salesforce that is international and online doesn’t mean that contracts with us don’t need to be honored.
