I read that thread, and all the other threads about the new T&C. I am asking from the veteran affiliates, who are going to still promote referback properties, which new payment plan do they think will pay them best?

I have no meaningful historic stats to compare the payment plans. I was hoping some experienced affiliates would share their thoughts on these specific options. There has been much discussion about specific features of the T&C, but no discussion about these four options. Would anyone care to share which option they chose? and why?
