Google page rank does not refer to where your page is on their search engine. It is an independent ranking factor that they have come up with (0 being lowest, 10 being highest). It’s supposed to be a level of credibility and importance that a website has. Instead, it’s just caused headaches for many a webmaster.
Yahoo and MSN do not have page rank.
