Hi,
well I can say that I’ve not yet with the exception of Casino Rewards, run onto a program that has continually increased in income (like I think they should) when given consistent exposure of similar quality spots.
I was not able to say that about CR for a long time because i seemed stuck in a rut in terms of bottom line, which is all I care about, but they’ve started to pick up lately. With new confidence in them I have begun giving them more exposure again. I hope things stay this way because I very much am comfortable with working with Brent and Ryan.
Referback proved to me to be a good investment in the long run but that was before all this recent stuff happened and now it looks like they would be a bad bet… sigh.
also until recently Wagershare was worth mentioning, in fact I was very happy with them up until March of this year. They started out doing like you’d expect a good program to do. they climbed in income so I gave them more exposure and all was good for about a year but then suddenly I dropped off to making about 20% of what I was making with them and despite continued good exposure they have never climbed out of the spiral and in fact I just wrote Tim yesterday that they are in severe danger of being removed because of this situation. so who knows what the problem is there?
its weird how these programs, none of them, can quite seem to put it all together and take the undeniable lead in this niche- and then hold on to it. RB had it for a while, so did casino coins way back… but they’ve all fallen victim IMHO to greed and the offspring it seems most often to bare: arrogance and apathy.
Coins has got to be just a shadow of its once mighty self as I suspect RB will follow suit since they seem so determined to run their program into the ground … largely due to their arrogance and apathy towards our concerns.
I know I would not recommend vegas partners, or fortune, simply because they have proven to not be profitable to me. And in the case of vegas partners they were particularly a sore spot because I started out making decent income with them and then after I gave them a bunch of exposure they fell off to an insulting amount. If you go with them remember what I said and at the first sign of the afore mentioned pattern, if I was you; I’d dump them like a bad habit. Thus the reason the afore mentioned were never a big concern to me when they changed T&Cs. their terms could have said I could have 90% of the income and they’d neither still look appealing to me.
Brightshare could give a run for the money at being the leader but they’ve begun bundling casinos which makes them much less attractive to me than before and for that one reason I doubt they’ll ever be more than a “side dish” for any affiliate. It just doesn’t make sense to promote them heavily or to promote more than one property since you risk having your earnings wiped out by that one lucky player every month.
still trying out vegas affiliates and referspot. time will tell whether they were worth it or not, but right now i can’t say.
hope that helps a little anyway.
