Their response was they were looking into this on a case by case basis and had nothing to report

they declined saying they would rather wait a week or so until they had anything to report if they did find anything

What?! Obviously there are major problems with the stats. Have they even seen the Captain’s poll? If almost 90% of us are experiencing a huge drop in income…. everything must be working just fine, right?

This is the perfect time for RB to shave everyone blind. The stats are screwy, they are still “working out bugs” from the launch of the new commission models… give me a damn break. All of this $#!% should have been taken care of BEFORE the new models were launched. I doubt if anyone will know exactly how much they really earned during the past few weeks. RB can show us whatever numbers they feel like when the stats are finally “fixed,” and we’ll just have to accept the numbers as fact.

I hate it when stats aren’t accessible, or when they aren’t working properly (ahem, RB, and lately, Vegas Affiliates). I like to keep tabs on the numbers throughout the week, and if I can’t access the stats, I start to wonder if I’m being robbed and raped behind the scenes. When I finally am able to log in and check the numbers, I have no way to verify anything. During these “stats outages,” it would be very easy for the aff program to alter the numbers, remove new high-value players, etc. Call me paranoid, but I think it happens….

I’m sick of the waiting game. It should not be necessary to wait until the end of the week, or until next week, yadda, yadda, yadda, especially when it comes to making sure commissions are being calculated properly. These issues aren’t that complex. If there is a problem with the stats, it should be addressed immediately. Not a few days after the fact; a few days after you’ve lost thousands of dollars because your referrals weren’t being tracked properly. The lack of attention to such an important issue is highly unprofessional. But then, I’m not that surprised.
