As you know, neteller is not good for many of us. It takes long to process wire transfer from neteller account. It converts USD in neteller account to CAD in ATM card and convert to local currency at withdrawal which cause a significant loss. It also has a daily withdrawal limit on its ATM card. What makes it worst is that it often terminated my account due to the IP address issue so that I have to call them to resolve the problem.
I never saw a bank in the world takes even one month to process the wire transfer. You should ask your bank to act timely on your request. Please take this issue seriously. Dont say “We dont know” or “We have no control” as it is not good business pratice. We need solutions to problem not any excuse. It’s very disappointed.
