to bash a program because they did something wrong, but to bash one when they haven’t is taking it a bit far.

I also take it you are referring to this post that says that they make payments by the 10th.

Glad to hear that you have received payments!
We try to get all payments out of the building by the 10th of each month.
Check takes the longest to reflect as the check has to arrive.
I suggest you change your payment method to NETeller to get payments as they are processed.Enjoy!

Note that he says WE TRY to get all payments out by the 10th..
But honestly – it says on their website by the 20th – so at least give them until then.
