Don’t make the mistake of thinking that you have to have a links or partners page to exchange links. You can trade links at the bottom of your regular pages. When it comes to SEO I tend to listen to what Randy says as he hasn’t steered me wrong yet so if he says links in and out then you should at least consider it.
