Actually, you know what? I could care less if they do revert back to the old terms.. they are now off my site and will stay off. The last bit of blatant lies and patronizing make it difficult to deal with them again.
Funny thing is that I removed a load of their sites and replaced them with some new ones and am really happy with the performance so far.
So, in a way I should thank referback for this.
