Well, taking back the retro clause is certainly a start. However, the other isssues are still very valid. Particularly the first deposit one. I commend Wayne for coming in and explaining things in more detail and facing the fire, that does indicate that RB does care about it’s relations with affiliates…
That being said, I did in fact take down RB links days ago and still find that it should remain that way until, as others have said, the T&C’s have been ‘tweaked’ a bit more. I agree that the 3 year clause would be better and the 1st deposit thing should be removed…
