I think it could be a very useful tool for those who don’t use any cms on their sites.
I think the manual check is very useful and very important because of filtering off the bad sites and when you want control about your links (a bad neighbourhood could be very bad for the rankings..)they are just stealing your PR.
I am curious about this tool, can I try it somewhere or it is just in the dream phase right now?
