Actually, where I live I can do that. 
The advantage of living in the boonies. Everyone knows everyone.
But I don’t mind showing ID in person, it’s making copies and sending them someplace that worries me.
Anyone want to peek at it in Vegas, knock yourselves out.
As far as making copies and mailing – I trust no one. I may trust the intended recipient, but not their janitor, server maintenace guy etc. etc. etc.
In any case, it’s besides the point, you are right. Garth knows me anyway.
