Exactly. They are bad terms and I have already removed Referback properties from Oggs. However, to me they are acceptable in so much as they did not deceive and have effectively given us a “choice”, albeit an obvious one, unlike VPL and Fortune.
That said, couple this with their recent-ish change regarding having to send one player to qualify for the 25% and that may step into retroactive territory, but i wasn’t around when that was originally introduced so I’m only going on wat I have been lead to believe.
