If your site’s only a month old and you already have 200 inbound links, you’ve possibly already triggered a Google filter for new sites with a lot of links in a short period of time. Keep getting links and building content, and keep an eye on quality, and you’ll get there eventually.
You might also try getting more links from topically related sites. Looking at your backlinks makes me think that you’re getting links from a lot of sites unrelated to your site’s them. This could hurt you.
