We see the CPA to percentage move frequently and almost always there is player fraud involved. Sometimes there is affiliate fraud involved. Sometimes player value is below the CPA amounts. Occasionally its an error. Hopefully Hdaddy will tell us soon which program is involved this time so one can actually do something to find out what happened here.

Ok, it is SIA. I have made contact twice and recieved the response twice that since many of my players had made withdrawals and did not seem like the type of players that they wanted or that were valuable that I would be paid via Rev. Share instead of CPA. (I am out of $1050 for bringing them these players). No players were fraudulent or broke any rules to my knowledge, nor was there ever any reference of anything like that from SIA. I certainly did nothing fraudulent either.
