Can anyone please tell me how to get CAP to inquire about this? I do still have the Emails from them and it truly is mind boggling to me that they would do this, but I still am not willing to start a war yet as I believe there may be a nice way to handle it and have them come to their senses.
As far as the information. NO. There were not any fraudulent players or activities. The casino simply did not like the way these players came in and won, then cashed out and only had played once in that month.
The real problem I have is that they would not have changed me to rev. share if my players would have lost a million dollars that month, so why do they have the right to change me if my players win? Basically they are saying that they plan to pay the least amount based on where they put you after they see your stats at the end of the month. They are a listed affiliate here so that is yet another reason I don’t want to open my newbie mouth and insert my foot into it before I hear what my options are… but I am irate and shocked.:madat:
