I had used LinuxWebHost since 2000 until a couple of months ago. Their prices are a bit higher now and there are probably better packages elsewhere for the same price. I was grandfathered in to the old prices. The thing that kept me with them was their support was absolutely awesome. If I had a problem it was never more than 24 hours before it was solved, and not even really close to 24 hours. They were the first non-free host I ever worked with.
I’m now on a dedicated server at Gnax (Tranxactglobal to be exact). I’ve never read anything but good things about them and their support has been excellent just in the couple of months I’ve been there. The server I got seems to be sold out at the moment, which was about the cheapest. I was paying the same amount of money for all my separate shared hosting accounts at LWH.
I do all my graphics stuff (like the header of my casinos site) in Photoshop. Anything else is hand coded in Notepad. Been hand coding since I started making websites and that’s been more than a decade ago.
