What type of site builder program would you use for something like this, because i can’t get anything like this on the trellix builder

Do i build the site in a site builder program, save it to my computer, find a host, and transfer the files over to them.
Like i said, i’ve only used the trellix builder, like the free lycos.tripod ones
It’s probably easier than i think, since millions are doing it
I’ll check those programs out, i think i have the Dreamweaver on CD, but i lack patience, when my pages load slowly i start smacking my computer, my attention span is shot.
