Ellen/Peralis, are you satisfied with Playtech poker tracking/payments yet? I’m going to and fro with Amit from Casino Partners and I’m saying I’m not promoting them until I am satisifed things are fine and the response I’m getting is that there isn’t a problem.

Well, we did make something at a few of the Playtechs. Amit seems to be the most on the up and up as far as the stats go. Still not sure about Casino Pays, for the traffic we send them, we should be doing much more and they keep telling me it’s the casinos putting us back.
Will let you know more once I see how much is “manually adjusted” on some of the stats. From what I can see the stats are not accurate for the most part, but some of the rooms are making up for it and manually adjusting. I guess if you should trust anyone right now I’d go with Amit, at least he admits there’s a problem and makes up for it.
