I run a sports gambling based site … and I certainly do notice a drop in sign-ups when the major leagues are not playing …
Conversely I notice that my Casino and Poker sites get a bit of a boost during the down months … I guess becuase sports gambliers look for something else to give them their betting fix.
I guess it depends on the type of people that you have visiting your site …
