That was some good information. The problem of the bad RB affiliates disappearing on players is one I’ve been worried about. Regardless of whose fault it was it creates negative vibes toward the poker room. I forget which one it was, but there was a thread on here about an affiliate having to go back on their agreement regarding Party Poker and, reading his forum, most of the people were mad at Party – not the affiliate.
Just the whole idea of training people in what RB is even and getting them thinking along the lines of that or bonuses is bad also. I’ve been watching certain search keywords related to this topic and it is being searched for more and more. But, as you’ve said before, this is the inevitable result. Knowledgeable players will jump at the first deal that comes along that beats the last. (room/affiliate jumping) The RB affiliates are competing as much with each other now as the non RB affiliates. Hope they all enjoy the 5% commission that is coming as a result.
