4. good selection of creatives, including banners, text links, descriptions – the more the merrier. I almost always try out interactive ads.
5. I promote places that do negative carryovers until such a carryover occurs. Then I remove them.

7. I promote only one of a group of “bundled” casinos. Since they crosspromote as a rule, I sometimes end up dropping them anyway after a few months of negative results. I have dropped some playtech for that reason.
8. I like to spread visitors and clicks around a lot. If a property looks to be converting better than the rest, I give them more exposure.
9. I often use promos sent to me in email by aff programs – if they fit the above criteria, it’s just easy to do.

Unfortunately I am always limping behind in maintenance and some properties end up staying up longer than I would like them to.

Overall, I wish programs would be faithfully posting specials here in their forums. It is the perfect, convenient place for me to look for promos. You can explain promos and even post the banners to go with them.
